Summary
DWG SiteMark keeps your work on your own device. There is no account, no sign-up and no cloud sync. Drawings (DWG and DXF), sheets, marks, photos and reports are processed on the phone or tablet and are not uploaded to us. The app uses a few Google services: Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports), Google Analytics for Firebase (anonymous usage statistics) and Google AdMob (rewarded video ads in the free version). These services collect limited technical data, described below.
What stays on your device
- Projects, sheets, marks and drawings you add
- Photos you attach to a mark
- Drawings you open and the DWG copies the app writes (<sheet>_DWGSMARK.dwg)
- PDF and Excel reports you create
- Your settings, including the name you type into "Your name" (used only to show who recorded a mark in your own reports) and your language choice
All of this is stored in a local database and in the app's private storage. We have no copy. Uninstalling the app deletes it. The local database is not encrypted, so please use your device's screen lock and encryption.
Drawings are opened on the device
Since version 1.5, DWG and DXF files are converted and displayed entirely on your device, with no internet connection needed. Your drawings, marks, photos, project names and reports are never sent to us.
Older versions (before 1.5): when the phone could not read a file itself, it was sent over encrypted HTTPS to our conversion service in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). The uploaded file was deleted right after conversion and the converted result within 30 days. Current versions do not use this service.

On iOS the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so it cannot access Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings.

Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the app shows Google's consent form before any ads are requested. You can choose personalised or non-personalised ads, or decline. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
Purchases
SiteMark Pro is a subscription sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Google or Apple; we never see your card details, billing address or account. The app only learns whether your subscription is active. You can manage or cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account.
Permissions
- Internet — for ads, crash reports, usage statistics and subscriptions. Opening drawings does not need the internet.
- Camera / Photos — only when you tap "Camera" or "Gallery" to attach a photo to a mark. Photos are copied into the app's storage and are not uploaded.
- Files — only when you pick a drawing to open, or choose where to save a DWG or report.
Children
DWG SiteMark is a professional construction tool. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Retention and your rights
We do not hold an account or any of your work, so there is nothing personal for us to delete on request. To remove everything the app stores, uninstall it (on Android you can also use Settings → Apps → DWG SiteMark → Storage → Clear data). Data collected by Google services is kept and deleted according to Google's retention settings (crash reports are kept for up to 90 days). If you are in the EEA or UK you have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection; contact us and we will help you exercise them with Google.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. For a material change we will also mention it in the app's release notes.

Çizimler cihazda açılır
1.5 sürümünden itibaren DWG ve DXF dosyaları tamamen cihazınızda dönüştürülür ve görüntülenir; internet gerekmez. Çizimleriniz, işaretleriniz, fotoğraflarınız, proje adlarınız ve raporlarınız bize gönderilmez.
Eski sürümler (1.5 öncesi): telefon bir dosyayı kendisi okuyamadığında dosya şifreli HTTPS ile Almanya'daki dönüştürme servisimize (Hetzner Online GmbH) gönderiliyordu. Yüklenen dosya dönüşümden hemen sonra, dönüştürülmüş sonuç ise 30 gün içinde siliniyordu. Güncel sürümler bu servisi kullanmaz.

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de uygulama reklam istemeden önce Google'ın onay formunu gösterir. Kişiselleştirilmiş veya kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamı seçebilir ya da reddedebilirsiniz. Seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Gizlilik tercihleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
Satın almalar
SiteMark Pro, Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden satılan bir aboneliktir. Ödeme tamamen Google veya Apple tarafından yürütülür; kart bilgilerinizi, fatura adresinizi veya hesabınızı hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Uygulama yalnızca aboneliğinizin etkin olup olmadığını öğrenir. Aboneliğinizi Google Play veya App Store hesabınızdan yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz.
İzinler
- İnternet — reklamlar, çökme raporları, kullanım istatistikleri ve abonelik için. Çizim açmak internet gerektirmez.
- Kamera / Fotoğraflar — yalnızca bir işarete fotoğraf eklemek için "Kamera" veya "Galeri"ye dokunduğunuzda. Fotoğraflar uygulamanın deposuna kopyalanır, yüklenmez.
- Dosyalar — yalnızca açmak için bir çizim seçtiğinizde ya da DWG'nin veya raporun nereye kaydedileceğini seçtiğinizde.
Çocuklar
DWG SiteMark profesyonel bir şantiye aracıdır. Çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
Saklama ve haklarınız
Bizde hesabınız veya işinize ait bir veri bulunmadığından, talep üzerine silebileceğimiz kişisel bir veri yoktur. Uygulamanın sakladığı her şeyi silmek için uygulamayı kaldırın (Android'de Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → DWG SiteMark → Depolama → Verileri temizle yolunu da kullanabilirsiniz). Google hizmetlerinin topladığı veriler Google'ın saklama ayarlarına göre tutulur ve silinir (çökme raporları en fazla 90 gün). AEA, Birleşik Krallık veya KVKK kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz; bize yazarsanız bu hakları Google nezdinde kullanmanıza yardımcı oluruz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse en üstteki tarihi güncelleriz. Önemli bir değişikliği uygulamanın sürüm notlarında da belirtiriz.
