VN-Tech is the developer account of Umut Vancın, a mechanical engineer who designs building mechanical and fire suppression systems, and who develops mobile applications as an independent side practice.
The focus is on lightweight, offline-capable apps that respect the user's data: no accounts to create, no personal data collected beyond what an app needs to work on the device itself.
